Wellness visits are designed to help first responders discuss strategies for managing job-related stressors while offering education on maintaining overall physical, mental, and social well-being. These visits are typically paid for by the city, department, or county agency.

 CISM Debriefings offer support for groups following a traumatic event. These debriefings focus on stress management, resilience-building, and recovery.

Guidance for developing or refining your department’s Peer Support Team, including advice on best practices, structure, and resources to build a strong, effective team.
$150 per consultation hour​

Supervision for LMSWs and T-LMHCs working toward independent licensure, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure professional development.
$100 per supervision hour

Consultation services for fully licensed therapists on a variety of clinical areas, offering expert advice and support.
$150 per hour

We offer psychoeducation and presentations on topics such as Psychological First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, Conflict Management, Perinatal Mental Health, and more. Presentations can be customized to meet the specific needs of schools, public safety entities, businesses, and community partners.

Mental Health Therapy services are available on a limited basis, with payment due at the time of service.
